Built From a Belief That People Deserve Better

Complete Restoration was founded in February 2022 by Mike Cummings, a Coeur d'Alene resident who saw firsthand how stressful and overwhelming property damage could be — and how many homeowners were left feeling confused, overcharged, or passed between contractors who didn't communicate.

Mike started Complete Restoration to do things differently. By building a team that handles every phase of restoration in-house — inspection, remediation, and rebuild — he created a true one-stop shop where customers get honest answers, clear pricing, and a single point of contact from start to finish.

Today, Mike works alongside his son Mason and business partner Nikole to serve residential and commercial clients across the Coeur d'Alene area. Every job, no matter the size, gets the same commitment: do it right, do it with integrity, and leave the property better than you found it.
